JADIDS

Djadidism, a reformist movement in Central Asia in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, had a significant influence in Uzbekistan. It emphasized modern education, social justice, and the need for cultural and religious reforms within the Muslim community. Djadidism promoted the use of modern methods of teaching, such as introducing sciences and new pedagogical approaches into the traditional madrasa system.

On December 11-12, 2023, a scientific conference was held in Tashkent on the topic "Jadidlar: milliy o‘zlik, istiqlol va davlatchilik g‘oyalari".

This event was organized in cooperation with the Public Fund for Support and Development of National Mass Media, the State Museum of Repression Victims Memorial under the Cabinet of Ministers, the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, and the Organization of Turkic States.

It exchanged views on new insiders in a consistent study of the idea, goals and objectives of the jadidist movement, the contribution of the movement in the field of education and publishing, socio-political efforts on the formation of national statehood, as well as the scientific and cultural heritage of the jadids, their research.

We worked with our team on the intro video for the grand opening of this conference. In the realization of the script, which was written together with Professional screenwriters, artificial intelligence came to our aid. Despite being given very little time to implement the project, we have managed to develop a very noteworthy intro video for a few days using AI.
